Tier 1 countries
The geographic tier that ad networks pay the most for: US, UK, Canada, Australia and similar. Indian traffic is usually tier 2, which is one more reason flat rates beat tiered pricing for Indian creators.
How Tier 1 countries shows up in practice
Advertised tier-1 rates are the top-of-negotiation ceiling; effective tier-1 earnings land lower.
