Filing a takedown notice
Submit through the contact form with the subject line "DMCA Notice" and include all of the following:
- The URL of the specific playlist page containing the allegedly infringing item
- The item number or title on the playlist you want removed
- Your contact details (email + phone) for follow-up
- A statement that you own or are authorized to report the content
- Your signature or electronic equivalent (typed full name is accepted)
Incomplete notices delay processing. When accepted, the named item is disabled and the playlist owner is notified - the rest of the playlist stays live.
Counter-notice by the playlist owner
If your item was disabled in error you may respond with proof of ownership or license. Restored items return to the same numbered slot and resume earning.
Repeat infringement
Accounts that repeatedly lose takedowns for the same base content are subject to suspension under our Terms of Service.
