Creator Monetization & Publisher Agreement

"Qualified View" refers to an authentic human impression where a viewer completes the verified destination flow without automated bypass scripts or proxy manipulation. "CPM Rate" is the gross payout rate in USD ($) per 1,000 Qualified Views. "Self-Billing" is the accounting mechanism whereby vidlinks.pro generates payment records and payout vouchers on behalf of the Creator.

To participate in creator monetization, you must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent. Accounts must be registered with accurate identity credentials. Operating multiple automated accounts to evade rate limits or exploit promotions is strictly prohibited.

Creators retain 100% intellectual property ownership of original media links and titles. You grant vidlinks.pro a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license solely to host, cache, index, and route traffic to enable link distribution and monetization.

Zero tolerance for illegal content. Creators may not distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM), malware, phishing links, non-consensual imagery, terror propaganda, or materials infringing valid copyright (DMCA). Violations result in immediate permanent account termination and referral to law enforcement.

All account balances, earnings calculations, and withdrawal thresholds are strictly accounted in United States Dollars (USD $). Rates are computed automatically using real-time Qualified View counts multiplied by your active CPM tier. Rates may fluctuate during promotional festivals or market adjustments.

Only verified human impressions are credited. Views are strictly deduplicated using a 24-hour unique IP, device fingerprint, and session integrity token. Traffic generated through botnets, headless browsers, data-center IP proxies, click exchanges, auto-reloaders, or incentivized paid click rings is disqualified with zero earnings credited.

Creators may request withdrawals once the Available Balance reaches at least USD $5.00. Payouts are executed via Instant UPI or Direct Bank Transfer. First-time withdrawals or sudden volume spikes may be subject to a routine security hold of up to 24 hours to verify traffic authenticity.

By participating in the monetization program, the Creator explicitly authorizes vidlinks.pro to operate under a self-billing arrangement. Vidlinks.pro will automatically generate digital self-billed payout receipts and settlement statements for every disbursed withdrawal. The Creator agrees not to issue separate parallel invoices.

Creators are solely responsible for calculating, reporting, and remitting all applicable local income taxes, GST, VAT, or withholding taxes required in their jurisdiction. Vidlinks.pro will provide electronic transaction summaries on your billing dashboard.

Vidlinks.pro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in fraudulent traffic generation, payment spoofing, or DMCA abuse. Upon confirmed fraud, all pending or artificially accrued balances are irrevocably voided. Legitimate earnings on non-fraudulent accounts remain payable.

The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Creators operate strictly as independent contractors and not as employees, agents, or joint venturers of vidlinks.pro. Vidlinks.pro is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from upstream ISP outages.
